FD30 35/40mm
Vicaima have tested and certified solid core fire doors wich are only 35/40mm in thickness. These single leaf doors are FD30 rated when the door of the frame is fitted with an approved 15x4mm intumescent seal and intumescent protection to ironmongery and supplied as part of a Vicaima Door Kit. A wide range of designs can be provided, including Classic flat panelled, Essential flush and Exculsive inlay doors.
Things you may not know about Vicaima doors…
Vicaima is the only UK door manufacturers to be third party accredited by both the BM TRADA Q-Mark and BWF-Certifire Fire Door Schemes. With testing to BS476 Part 22 (1987) at Chiltern Fire Vicaima provided un-rivalled safety and fire door performance.
In addition to a comprehensive range of FSC certified door products, Vicaima have also been assessed to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Bringing environmental issues to the forefront of all Vicaima product and manufacturing developments.

Vicaima’s Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified doors have always been in great demand since the launch of their popular Ecodor® range in nearly 2007. Now with an even greater environmental awareness in the market place and tightening building regulations and standards, the need to provide greater choice in doors that offer sustainable credentials has become paramount. In answer to this increased demand Vicaima’s famous Dekordor® foil range of doors and door kits will be converted to FSC.
