Vicaima was chosen to provide the interior door sets for the World Wildlife Fund Living Planet Centre in Woking, which is also home to the WWF. The centre is at the very forefront of sustainable design and construction, and is one of the greenest buildings in the UK.
Vicaima has been associated, for the second time, to the Ronald McDonald Children’s Foundation to support the families of children doing hospital treatment in the Portuguese Institute of Oncology (IPO) and in the Oporto Hospital Centre.
Vicaima has been chosen by Rydon Construction to supply a total of 520 doors to Phase 3 of a £130million regeneration scheme at Packington Estate, Islington, London. This major eight-year, six-phase programme will replace 538 flats with 791 mixed-tenure houses and flats.
Ideal Care Homes (part of the LNT Group) has 38 residential and dementia care homes in the Midlands and the North of England. Vicaima has supplied a total of 6,500 Oak Natur doors, fitted throughout these developments in both public areas and private rooms.
In tune with the size and sophistication of the project, Vicaima marks the interior architecture with furnishings and flush selection veneer doors, with horizontal wenge finish and satin finished accessories, which enhance the sophistication of "The Gate Towers."
