The elegance of Vicaima interior doors integrated the Kings Wharf Quay 29 residential tower, located in Gibraltar, creating refined ambiances.

The project is distinguished by its shades and lines which create a visual and also functional comfortable setting. Its minimal design and clean finish solutions, along with the more classic browns or sophisticated white, ensure a touch which guarantees a delicate ambiance. 

The light, plane and ample plan of the development reveals an elementary and contemporary concept. Elegant doors accentuate the light and colour radiance in which tranquillity is preeminent. The tone of the Naturdor® Oak Quarter Cut veneer and the white lacquering confer a unique touch to the modern lines.

Selected as the ideal solution for the room entrance, Portaro® SBD 30 Inverse (Secured by Design) allowed doors to blend seamlessly with the wall panels. This high-performance security solution provides certification from accredited laboratories in fire resistance, together with anti-intrusion and anti-burglary. As for the room interiors, these were equipped with 30 minute fire doors with and without glazing, 60 minute fire doors and sliding doors.

Elsewhere within the development, dependent upon specific performance requirements, various other Vicaima technical solutions were employed. These included common areas, where double leaf and glazed 90 minute fire or 60 minute fire doors were fitted.

With the Kings Wharf project, Vicaima strengthens its footprint in the international residential sector, thus consolidating its presence in the Gibraltarian market.
