The Water’s Edge Project is situated in the heart of Yas Island. From modern studios to spacious three bedroom flats, each accommodation brings you the best of the Island. Designed around private courtyards with swimming pools and stunning sea views, among the amenities available the properties boast different garden spaces, fully equipped gyms, swimming pools and a jogging track. Residents can also enjoy a waterfront promenade surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops.
Monte de Caparica Secondary School

Vicaima made its mark based on high performance, resistance and aesthetics at the Monte de Caparica Secondary School, in Almada. This project was carried out by Parque Escolar E.P.E. and the prime concern was to provide facilities which are comfortable and resistant to intensive use, whilst simultaneously allowing great mobility for all users: students, teachers and staff. Vicaima doors fully contributed to create a contemporary building, where security and functionality were key requirements.
Pur Oporto Boutique Hotel

Vicaima was the door brand elected to provide expression to The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel. This five-star hotel is the result of the conversion of an old port wine cellar. Located in the historical heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, alongside the Port wine cellars, The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel, bears the signature of the Atelier Nini Andrade Silva, and is marked in its genesis, by the fusion between modern design and the stamp of tradition.
