At Greens Vilamoura, Vicaima was selected to supply all the interior doors, wardrobes and panels. This private and exclusive condominium, located next to the Environmental Park, sets a new benchmark in sustainable luxury residential architecture, where the sophistication of the interiors combines with the authenticity and serenity of the natural landscape.

Consisting of 87 residential units, ranging from two to five bedrooms, Greens Vilamoura was designed to provide a superior residential experience, centred on sustainability, well-being and energy efficiency. Within this context, Vicaima contributed with a portfolio tailored to the project’s requirements, combining contemporary design, durability and functionality, applied to the various interior spaces of the homes.

With functionality and design in harmony, the choice for Portaro® solutions - which combine door, frame and accessories in a single piece - contributed to reinforcing the aesthetic and functional coherence of the interiors. These solutions include Portaro® Inverse, allowing doors to be aligned with panels or architraves, resulting in rectilinear and continuous surfaces and Portaro® Sliding, which is ideal for optimising spaces.

As a complement to the private areas of the homes, Vicaima Wardrobes from the Advanced range were also fitted, featuring modulations and accessories, which enhance the sophistication and unique identity of each home. In addition, wall panels and skirting boards were included, thereby assuring a coherent and elegant architectural language throughout the surrounding space.

To reflect the project’s visual identity, the chosen coatings include Lacdor Pure White RAL 9010, as well as other customised colours that were specifically selected for Greens Vilamoura, all of which are in harmony with the natural tones of the surrounding landscape.

Set in a privileged area between the Atlantic and the country’s most emblematic golf courses, Greens Vilamoura present a new lifestyle paradigm, blending a strikingly contemporary architectural design with green technology, such as using pool water for irrigation systems and car washing, using solar energy to illuminate communal areas and providing electric charging stations for cars and bicycles. These principles are shared by Vicaima, whose approach focused on energy efficiency and sustainability is aligned with the aims of the project.
