Developed through a partnership between Main + Main, Westdale Properties, and Centurion REIT, with architectural design by Arcadis, Relevé (also known as Albert + Lyon) is a sophisticated two-tower community featuring 23 and 29-storey buildings connected by a mixed-use podium. Located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, just a block away from the new light-rail transit station, the development sets a new benchmark for purpose-built rental living, offering a refined urban experience with world-class amenities and extensive retail spaces.

To meet the exacting standards and logistical demands of this large-scale development, Vicaima supplied its BLOCK Click&Fix set. This innovative, ready-to-install solution integrates the door, frame, and accessories into a single cohesive unit, meticulously designed to streamline the installation process on-site. The Click&Fix set is particularly advantageous for high-volume residential projects like Relevé, as it ensures high precision, significantly reduces fitting time, and guarantees a flawless structural alignment, thereby enhancing both operational efficiency for the contractors and the final aesthetic result for the residents.

Complementing the sophisticated interiors of the studio, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, the doors feature the Lacdor Elegance White RAL 9010 finish and are supplied with elegant black handles that provide a striking contemporary contrast. Lacdor Elegance offers an ultra-smooth lacquered surface developed to deliver a homogeneous look and strong technical performance. This flat, crisp and contemporary white tone seamlessly adapts to the elegant and minimalist aesthetic of the apartments, creating luminous, visually continuous, and welcoming spaces.
