Vicaima restates its expertise in the medical sector
Vicaima solutions ensure security and comfort for both patients and professionals at the Calheta Medical Centre
Vicaima, one of the major European players in the design and manufacture of vanguard solutions for doors, frames, wardrobes and panels, was involved in the refurbishment of the Calheta Medical Centre in Funchal, thereby broadening its portfolio of projects in the healthcare area. The Vicaima Medical range has been the focus of continuous improvement and investment in the last years. Vicaima's participation in this project was based on its vast choice of products, featuring high performance and resistance.
Vicaima integrated solutions which ensure functionality, well-being and a better experience for its users. The brand further contributed to a greater humanisation of the spaces by means of the use of colour, creating a more welcoming and comfortable ambiance for the patients, their families and professionals.
The FD30 double action Portaro® was presented as one of the options for the Calheta Medical Centre so as to ensure the free circulation of equipment and people. Besides this one, other technical solutions were chosen namely, the non-fire Portaro®, the glazed, double leaf sliding Portaro®, which guarantee the users' security and comfort in the various spaces.
The Dekordor® HD Colours range of finishes, in Aqua Green, Cooler Green and White colours were selected to integrate the interior revamps of the Calheta Medical Centre, given their high physical and chemical resistance, they are ideal for places subject to intensive use and for creating the relaxing shades sought for the project.
Furthermore, the Medical Centre was also fitted with Vicaima wardrobes, delivering a visual harmony in a clear and organised setting.
This project is yet again a highlight of Vicaima's expertise in the medical sector, which is a market segment to which the brand has made a considerable contribution with solutions that confer comfort, resistance, durability and easy maintenance of spaces.
