The company expands its presence in the residential sector in a new project in the city of Porto

Vicaima solutions were selected to complement the Célere Portodouro Condominium, located in a central area of Porto with a growing urban development.

For this initial residential venture by the Spanish developer Vía Célere, Vicaima contributed with the incorporation of its wide range of high-performance solutions. Certified by accredited international entities, several Portaro® interior units were integrated in the different spaces of this residential complex - a set comprising door, frame, and accessories in a single piece - with interior doors, sliding doors, fire-rated EI30, Portaro® security fire and acoustic FD30 AC37dB and also Vicaima Wardrobe solutions with different modulations and dimensions. In addition to these, the Portaro® EI30 Inverse model was also installed in the project, a fire-rated solution, which features the door faced with the walls or panel finishes, creating a contemporary and well-balanced look.

All these solutions meet the challenging combination of elegance and comfort that residents seek. The interiors and entrances of the apartments stand out, along with the multiple features in the different common areas - avant-garde spaces with premium services - such as the social-gourmet room, the gym or the children playroom.

Focused on a timeless style suited to a daily use, the various units incorporate the Satin White RAL 9010 lacquer finish. The apartments were further refined with the application of grooves on the doors and panels, in perfect aesthetic balance with the remaining decorative elements, revealing a unique and distinctive design.

Given the vital importance of sustainability in residential developments, the company provides all its products with FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification, thus highlighting the social and environmental responsibility inherent to any project.

The Célere Portodouro Condominium, consisting of 60 apartments distributed over five floors, reaffirms the continuous presence of Vicaima in excellence projects, emerging as one of the major European players in the design and production of avant-garde solutions for interior doors, technical doors, frames, wardrobes, panels and furniture pieces.
