Hamamaji Housing Project

To integrate this projectdoors from the Classic Range in walnut veneer were selected. In this project, the Portaro® solution was applied assuming different configurations such as glazed doors, a solution which meets the architectural style of the market.
Sofitel Dubai Downtown
Dubai
Vicaima has been chosen to equip the French luxury hotel brand Sofitel (part of the Accor Hotels Group), for their latest venture Sofitel Dubai Downtown, in the United Arab Emirates. Vicaima’s expertise was sought with a selection of specially made product solutions including doors, frames and wall panelling, which were fitted throughout the hotel complex.
Epic Sana
Algarve, Portugal
Vicaima was selected to equip with technical doors, the entrance of the rooms of this contemporary five star hotel - the EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel. For this project, with a modern interior design, the comfort and security was guaranteed with the Portaro® solution (door+frame+ironmongery), fire door 30 minutes with acoustic isolation up to 41dB (FD30 AC41dB). The selected finish was oak veneer.
Hotel da Música
Porto, Portugal
"A symphony with notes of culture, cuisine and tradition", title given to the ambience of this modern hotel integrated the, now rennovated, emblematic Bom Sucesso Market in Oporto. The Hotel da Música, designed with an avant-garde architecture, integrated Vicaima doors in the room entrance, with technical facilities which provide greater comfort to its guests - Portaro ® 30 minute fire resistant and with sound insulation up to 43dB (FD30AC43dB). Baring a light decoration the selected finish was maple which was not only used for the doors but also on the panels on the corridors.
City View Bellway Homes
London, United Kingdom
Vicaima’s new Just White entrance door systems have been chosen by Bellway Homes for City View, the company’s latest landmark development in central London. All entrance doorsets have PAS 23/24 security ratings, fire ratings of FD30S and acoustic ratings of 31 db, which gives high performance without marring the doors aesthetic qualities. The doors had grooved faces for added design and all doorsets were supplied fully assembled including oak thresholds complying with DDA requirements.
EPIC SANA LISBOA HOTEL
Lisbon, Portugal
The five star, EPIC SANA Lisbon Hotel, located in Lisbon, integrates in the room entrance, public areas and corridors, the portaro® (door +frame+ironmongery) solution and Vicaima panels . For this magnificent hotel, with 311 rooms, SPA, leisure and business areas, several Vicaima technical and framing solutions were selected, like 30 minute fire doors with acoustic isolation up to 41DB, FD30, FD30 Inverse (faced with the panels) doors, and Fire doors 60 minutes. The walnut, real wood veneer, was the selected finish creating a link completed with the decoration of interiors, giving him a sophisticated and luxurious face.
Maçarico Hotel
Mira, Portugal
This four star hotel, marked by a contemporary architecture of interiors, reveals a thematic and unique hotel inspired by the sea and its "people". Comfort and well-being are features of this hotel which integrates several Vicaima products, with associated performances such as 30 minute fire doors and frames with acoustic isolation up to 40dB, 30 and 60 minute fire doors and constructive solutions such as sliding and swinging doors. The selected finish was Dekordor® HD white wood grain, textured, which gives brightness and amplitude to the spaces.
Vila Galé Collection Palácio dos Arcos
Lisbon, Portugal
Vicaima again takes part in Vila Galé Group projects, this time in the first 5-star hotel built in Portugal, the first boutique hotel under the Collection sub-brand. Vicaima veneer doors, with their various configurations, were chosen for the decoration, combining both modernity and comfort, of the refurbished Palácio dos Arcos.
