The solutions developed by Vicaima continue to be part of some of the most technically, aesthetically and structurally demanding residential projects on the international scene. In this case, it is the United States of America where the company’s signature is present in 34 exclusive residences at Seaway at The Surf Club, a development located in Surfside, in the city of Miami (Florida).
Notable among the options used are different configurations of the Portaro® solution, a set comprising a door, frame and accessories in a single piece, including Portaro® Pocket Door, Portaro® Pivotal and Portaro® Integrated, which provide a seamless and continuous architectural look, fully in line with the concept. Doorless frames, interior doors with aluminium frames, and wall panels were also supplied, creating a visual consistency between the walls, doors, and other fixed elements.
The project also incorporated solutions from the Transform line, with customised wardrobes and closets, TV cupboards, storage cupboards and other decorative furniture pieces, designed to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of each residence. Naturdor® Stained Oak matt finish was selected for all elements, a choice that reinforces the bond to nature and confers a sophisticated, serene and welcoming ambiance to the spaces.
